Mongey Communications were delighted to facilitate digital audio and communications for game officials and TV broadcast at the Champions Hockey League semi-finals and final in February 2019. Well done to the Frölunda Indians who beat Red Bull Munich 3-1 in the Scandinavium Arena, Gothenburg!

Frölunda were hosts to Munich for the final, where a tense 60 minutes unfolded as the two rival teams battled it out in front of an excited crowd of supporters from both sides in the packed arena. Despite putting up a strong fight, Red Bull Munich were unable to defeat their Swedish opponents.

It was the first time that a German team made it to the CHL final but it comes as the third championship title for the Frölunda Indians, whose taste of victory was made even sweeter because it took place on their home ice.
