Mongey Communications, founded by brothers David and Cyril Mongey is built on over 25 years worth of experience in the sound and communications market. Operating throughout Ireland, the company has the commitment, resources and experience needed to provide a comprehensive audio-visual and communications solution for any event, project or venue.
We have developed an enviable reputation in providing AV and communications solutions for the event industry in Ireland in the sporting, cultural and entertainment arenas.
We are experts at providing first rate audio-video solutions. This is our job. We have been doing this for the past 20 years at some of the biggest events Ireland has ever witnessed, from the hugely successful Ryder Cup in 2006 to all the rugby and soccer internationals in Landsdowne Road and Croke Park.
We are also regulars at all the major horseracing festivals throughout the country as well as internationally recognised events such as the National Ploughing Championships and Dublin’s St Paticks Day festival.
Our Expertise
All our staff have very long service, are experienced and very highly trained, both in-house and with our principal equipment suppliers. This training is carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure that all staff are kept up to date on the latest developments in audio-visual technologies.
This allows us to provide a level of technical capability, both at the design and implementation stages, that is unmatched by our competitors.
Our Innovation
Over the years we have continually sought to introduce new ideas and technologies into our everyday work practices. We were one of the first companies to use digital communications systems and wireless technology.
We have also developed a ‘Ref-Link’ touch line radio system which has been employed by the IRFU for all home international rugby matches as well as all four home provinces' Heinekin Cup rugby matches in the past 2 years. This system has been recognized throughout Europe as one of the best around.
